Wenzhou Boshi, specializing in industrial lockouts and tagouts, is a leading OEM lockout and tagout manufacturer in China. We ensure product reliability through rigorous quality control: we conduct reliability testing throughout the entire process, passing tests for hazardous substances such as RoHS and REACH, as well as tests for impact resistance, vibration resistance, high and low temperature cycling, IP protection, salt spray, and tensile and compressive strength. We conduct pre-production sampling quality inspections and simultaneously complete various product certifications to ensure consistent and reliable delivery quality .

Wenzhou Boshi R&D team is deeply engaged in the industrial safety lockout and tagout field. We have established a multi-disciplinary technical team specializing in industrial lockout and tagout product design and intelligent safety management platforms. We collaborate with our clients' R&D teams on design, manufacturing, and production pre-mold verification, providing material, structural strength, and dimensional recommendations. We also develop QC control plans to ensure high-quality mass production and significantly shorten development cycles.

We specialize in OEM/ODM business while also focusing on independent R&D. We can collaborate closely with your engineers and provide design support when necessary. For R&D management, Wenzhou Boshi has established a Technology Development Process (TDP) and a Product Development Process (PDP). The TDP focuses on developing innovative technologies to support future development, while the PDP ensures high-quality development for existing projects.

The company also offers a comprehensive range of standard products, allowing customers to quickly select suitable parts during the design phase and directly apply 3D models for simulation and evaluation. This eliminates the need for mold creation and custom drawing, significantly shortening the component selection cycle.

We have our own fully functional laboratory, certified as a municipal R&D center. This laboratory is comprehensively planned and can directly conduct testing based on customer product performance requirements.
